Not only was the location absolutely perfect, but the level of communication and service from the hosts exceeded all expectations. Upon arrival, I realized I had lost my ID card, and the staff went above and beyond to help me locate it, showing a level of care and attentiveness that truly impressed me. the sitting area in the apartment was so cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. Having an electric kettle in the room was a small detail that made a big difference in my overall comfort. I will definitely be returning to this hotel for future visits, as it truly exceeded all of my expectations in every way.
